Lovely warm welcome from all staff. Bright modern spotless bedroom. Breakfast was cooked to order and huge. Location is central yet quiet. Perfect location to explore Galway and Salthill from. Will return to this hotel again.

The staff here were nicest most helpful staff that we have come across in a hotel stay for a long time. Genuinely made you feel so welcome. Lovely hotel, great location, beautiful food.

Hotel is in a great location so central & the food in the restaurant was lovely, easy parking nearby. But service in restaurant was slow & seems some staff need more training, bill was calculated wrong both nights and drinks order forgotten twice.

Excellent location. Lovely staff very helpful. Great discount on parking. Rooms spacious and very clean and comfortable. Not noisy despite closeness to town. Close to everything. Would definitely stay again.

Travelled with my partner for a couples city centre weekend to sample what galway had to offer. Super easy to find as just around corner from bus station, clean and great breakfast. Great price also for what we recieved.

Stayed here solo on October and it was just perfect.. So near the town and the room was comfy and cosy.. The decor in the reception was stunning... Staff all so polite and helpful... Will definitely be back.

My stay at Victoria Hotel in Galway was perfect. The room was very spacious and clean and the beds were so comfy had a delightful nights sleep, the service provided I could not fault as they met our needs and would happily stay here again.

Everything is great. Lovely room and welcome. We got here 3 hours early but we got us into our room 15 mins after we arrived and the gent on the desk offered great advice and was very helpful.

1st couple of days were great then it was like staying at a different place altogether. Food terrible and service to match. Wouldn't go back.
